Phoenix Rising

Put some time into a photo project last night. Trying to capture shots that say 'movement' without resorting to motion blurred shots. I got out the lights, tripod, tent etc but still used some makeshift tools like a box of nappies for a table :)
I came up with this shot which I love!
I call it Phoenix Rising.
I think I might just print this one.
